Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We want you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. This online system is 100% secure and we do not store any credit card information.
If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to:

Please note, though, that paying by personal check will delay your order an additional 7-10 business days, as we must wait for your funds to clear.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a damaged goods authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Our remedy is to correct the order at no charge if it is determined that Hologram Books provided a product that did not meet performance criteria. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products due to damage or defect must be returned to initiate your claim.
Shipping / handling charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping / handling charges associated with each item.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices. Otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days) and will be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
We agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published here, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.

Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.
Neither the service nor any of its agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
